    Lightbulb G-Power SK Plus NG BMW Supercharger

    German specialists G-Power thought of pushing the BMW 6-cylinder M54 engine to even better performances and launched a supercharger system that boosts the BMW 330i E46 and BMW Z4 3.0i to 306 hp and 360 Nm.

    The “NG” in the name of the G-POWER SK Plus NG supercharger system is standing for “next generation” and it indicates that the G-POWER SK Plus system features a complete reworked ASA T3-12 supercharger.

    Thanks to a redesigned supercharger transmission with improved tooth flanks and a modified shaft sealing, the originally for 0,3 bar rel. boost designed ASA T3-12 supercharger is now capable of 0,4 bar rel.

    The G-POWER SK Plus supercharger system for BMW 330i E46 and Z4 3.0i is delivered with TUV certification (which makes it street legal in Germany).

    ⌕ Moreover, celebrating its 25th anniversary, G-POWER is offering 25 units of the G-POWER SK Plus NG supercharger systems for 3.320 Euro. A brief overview of the supercharger system G-POWER SK Plus NG for BMW 330i E46 and Z4 E85 is listed below:

    Supercharger Systems:
    SK Plus RS "Sporty Drive

    G-POWER supercharger system SK Plus RS "Sporty Drive"
    Basis: 320i/M54, 170 hp (125 kW) increased to 215 hp (158 kW)/245 Nm
    Basis: 325i/M54, 192 hp (141 kW) increased to 240 hp (176 kW)/290 Nm
    Basis: 330i/M54, 231 hp (170 kW) increased to 306 hp (225 kW)/360 Nm
    consisting of:

    Belt Drive:
    ultra stiff CNC shaped supercharger bracket system made from cast aluminium including an extended support-aggregate belt drive for the supercharger΄s drive;

    Air Intake Manifold:
    racing air filter;
    flow optimized clean air intake with large diameters made from cast aluminium;
    standard throttle valve is positioned in front of the supercharger inlet;
    -> this layout of the air mass control in partial load improves the fuel consumption

    Forced Induction:
    ASA T3-313 supercharger;
    supercharger lubrication through bypass from motor oil circuit;
    flow optimized tubing with large diameter made from cast aluminium;
    boost level approx. 5.8 psi rel.

    Fuel Management/Electronics:
    adaptation of the software of the standard electronic engine control unite (BMW OBD remains fully preserved).

    Basis: 320i/M54, 170 hp (125 kW) increased to 230 hp (169 kW)/ 260 Nm
    Basis: 325i/M54, 192 hp (141 kW) increased to 260 hp (191 kW)/ 310 Nm
    Basis: 330i/M54, 231 hp (170 kW) increased to 333 hp (245 kW)/ 385 Nm
    consisting of:

    Belt Drive:
    ultra stiff CNC shaped supercharger bracket system made from cast aluminium including an extended support-aggregate belt drive for the supercharger΄s drive;

    Air Intake Manifold:
    racing air filter;
    flow optimized clean air intake with large diameters made from cast aluminium;

    Απο τα 2.000 με κάποιες τροποιήσεις (απαραίτητες) όπως χορήγηση σχετικού software και intercooler ,απ'οτι κατάλαβα στο φτερό,επανήλθαν στις 3000 και κάτι ψιλά...
